Hiring company approaches us with their Manpower requirements. Either by sending us a Demand Letter or filling our Requirement Form.
We begin shortlisting talent from our database. Meanwhile our associates scout new talent if required.
CV/Resume's of shortlisted applicants are forwarded to the hiring company for reviewing and selection. Hiring company may also choose to conduct interviews for applicants either in-person or online.
Hiring company sends us an offer letter for every applicant selected by them.
Candidates go though appropriate tests in their area of expertise. Those who pass move on to medical examinations. We make sure our candidates are medically fit and fully vaccinated.
Finally, our team prepares and forwards every document needed by Consulates/Embassies/VFS for visa processing. While applicants eagerly wait for departure.

Requirements :
1. Should have effective communications skills. Must speak fluent English and Hindi.
2. Basic computer knowledge required. Must be able to operate Excel, Word and write business letters.
3. Experience in recruitment preferred but not mandatory.
4. Mumbai local preferred. Must be able to commute to office in South Mumbai.
