RECRUITMENT PROCESS
INITIAL APPROACH
Hiring company approaches us with their manpower requirements. Either directly via email/phone or by sending us a demand letter.
SCOUTING
We begin shortlisting talent from our database. Meanwhile our associates scout new talent if required. Release advertisements in leading newspapers on demand.
CANDIDATE PROFILING & TESTING
Our human resources team shortlists and filters potential candidates. Selected candidates undergo preliminary interviews by our team. Thereafter candidates undergo various types of tests to be checked and assessed in their area of expertise. Once completed, their CV’s are forwarded to the hiring company for a final interview and selection.
FINAL INTERVIEW
Representatives from the hiring company will conduct an interview via zoom or any other platform. Interview date and time is decided mutually between the client and candidates. Hiring companies will finalise their selected candidates.
MEDICAL EXAMINATION & EMPLOYMENT OFFER LETTER
Selected candidates will then go through a series of medical tests. To make sure they are medically fit and meet fitness requirements for specific countries. Only medically fit candidates are accepted and proceed further.
Hiring company sends us an employment offer letter for every applicant selected by them. To be signed and attested by both the hiring company and the candidate.
VISA APPLICATION & DEPARTURE
Hiring company will apply for visa’s for each candidate selected. Once visa is approved, we require a visa copy and in some cases also submit candidates passports for stamping by local embassy’s.
Once their passports have ben stamped. Hiring company sends us air tickets for candidates selected by them. Meanwhile, our team prepares paperwork and documents for departure.
